Celebration Residential Owners Association ("CROA") Fees

CROA (Annually) $911.40 / (Quarterly) $227.85
Everyone pays the same amount; house, condo, townhouse, duplex, and triplex all pay the same.
CROA (Capital Contribution Fee) - $911.40
This amount is due at closing an certain ownership transfers.  The fee is usually paid by the buyer.
Trash Pickup (Annually) $290.87 / (Quarterly) $72.72
Trash Pickup does not apply to condo properties.

Celebration Service Area Fees
Covers varying degrees of building and/or landscape maintenance.
